Our picturesque mountain cabin! Nestled in the heart of Ponderosa Park, this cozy retreat boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal getaway for families and friends. With a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, our cabin offers a tranquil escape surrounded by stunning mountain views. The cabin is an 8-minute drive from downtown Prescott, where you can enjoy a latte or your favorite brew! The cabin also offers easy and convenient drive-in and out on a paved road.

1200 sq foot cabin in Ponderosa Park. 3 bedroom, 2 baths 1 kitchen and attached dining area 1 living room 1 mudroom 1 laundry area Our kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience to enjoy homecooked meals. Just bring your own food. Bathrooms have clean towels and basic amenities for you. We have a charcoal grill for your use. We have camp chairs to enjoy by the fire pit. We have two sitting decks with an umbrella on the rear deck. All beds have fresh and clean linens. We have a carport and two additional parking spots allowing three cars to park. Trash service onsite, pickup on Fridays.

This property is perfect for anyone who does not want to be right in the middle of the city, but still wants to be close to everything. The home was very spacious; my favorite was it has enough beds and room for grandchildren trip in the future. It had a good size kitchen to make meals. There was a washer and dryer that worked very well, did my laundry before leaving. It had 2 bathrooms, so my son had a bathroom and my husband and I had another. There were TVs in three rooms. The living room had a great couch, very comfortable, we even checked out late because we were relaxing watching a movie. It was in the trees, so it had that country feeling, even got to see a very large squirrel in the tree, he was so cute and fun to watch, This home was 11 minutes from the city. It was awesome. The owner was amazing and just a text or call away for any questions. I was very pleased There really wasn't anything not to like.

We went with family that included our dogs. It accommodated all of our needs very well. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Daily walks were taken in the neighborhood which is right in the middle of the beautiful Ponderosa pines. It’s only minutes from downtown Prescott, but you feel like you’re out in the woods.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was quiet and we were able to go on a nice walk in the evening right through the neighborhood. Things were easy to drive to, downtown had many food truck options just a few minutes drive away.

Magical Cabin in the woods! I was looking to get away from the city and have some peace and quiet with my partner and my dog. This was definitely a wonderful retreat and respite. The property is in the forest with nearby trails. We loved the wildlife. We got some deer come to graze right at the cabin. Also, there is a javalina family that live in the neighborhood. They'll come around looking for food but are otherwise harmless. Just make sure to keep the straps on the garbage bins as they will make a mess. It was great to sit out on the deck in the mornings and stare at the stars at night. the cabin itself is very spacious. and comfortable. We had a relaxing and wonderful time and hope to return.

Curtis was a great host! He was always responsive and replied almost immediately whenever I had questions. He was a very attentive and respectful host! This cute and cozy cabin was approximately 10 minutes from downtown, allowing my family and I to easily traverse to town whenever we needed too but also provide us with a quiet and peaceful stay!

Our family’s stay for the holidays couldn’t have been in a better place. Perfect distance from town. Comfortable and adorable cabin with all the amenities and space you need. My family enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit and my kids loved playing games that were provided when they weren’t laying in the hammocks The cabin was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks and the beautiful scenery. Our hosts were super responsive and also works went out of their way to help us with an item we left behind. We would definitely love to revisit in the future!

The cabin was well stocked and super cute. We couldn’t find BBQ utensils and Curtis has some brought to us. I would stay again but would prefer winter. Prescott was a bit hot in the summer.
