Curtis was a wonderful host. Was on top of anything we needed.
I travelled with my grandchild and he even went above and beyond to order a play pen for her.
I would like to continue staying here at this home each time I come back to Arizona with my family

Was in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for the 8 of us. We have another wedding in Phoenix in April and will try to stay here again.

2nd stay this year! The house has everything you need. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Laundry room and supplies. Far enough from town that you truly have peace and quiet, less than 5 miles to grocery stores,etc. first time we stayed there was a very entertaining set of squirrels in the trees in the backyard. Brought raw, unsalted walnuts this time and got plenty of pictures of the squirrels and different birds feeding. Like most places it’s very common to bring your own hygiene supplies. Not a bother at all, it’s what I expected. 10/10 perfect stay! Nothing bad to say at all!

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful nature, and neighborhood. Woke up to deer walking through the backyard. Very peaceful and felt right at home. And Comfy Beds are always a plus.

Thoroughly enjoyed for the whole family. Very comfortable from location, to enterior living areas to bedrooms to amazing backyard with a sparkling clean pool , patio and accessories! Hosts were responsive, accommodating and enjoyed this property and would refer and come back!

This was our first time renting this cottage under Curtis’s ownership. The cottage is exactly like the photos. What we enjoy the most is the private area around the lake. You walk down the yard to the lake and both sides of the property are surrounded by trees. So you don’t feel like you are right on top of the neighboring docks and lake front.
The cottage is cozy and comfortable. It is stocked with all the necessary items for cooking and has plenty of linens.
Emerald lake is beautiful! Quite peaceful during the weekdays, weekends can get a little busy but never too crazy.
Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a peaceful reprieve.

We rented the cabin for a 3 day stay when we went to Michigan Adventure. The home is exactly how it is listed. Perfect for our family. The lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This property is perfect for anyone who does not want to be right in the middle of the city, but still wants to be close to everything. The home was very spacious; my favorite was it has enough beds and room for grandchildren trip in the future. It had a good size kitchen to make meals. There was a washer and dryer that worked very well, did my laundry before leaving. It had 2 bathrooms, so my son had a bathroom and my husband and I had another. There were TVs in three rooms. The living room had a great couch, very comfortable, we even checked out late because we were relaxing watching a movie. It was in the trees, so it had that country feeling, even got to see a very large squirrel in the tree, he was so cute and fun to watch, This home was 11 minutes from the city. It was awesome. The owner was amazing and just a text or call away for any questions. I was very pleased There really wasn't anything not to like.

Great home, great neighborhood in the North Mesa Foothills. As a trail runner🏃 love quick access to Pass mountain and Usery mountain park ( also great mountain biking) if your a road biker 🚴♀️ ride down the pass to the Salt River or better yet go for a paddle down the salt. Saguaro Lake is 15 min drive.
Can walk for groceries and short drive to good north mesa reseraunts
Or just chill out in resort like back yard.

The house was beautiful and clean. Great outdoor area and pool. Curtis was very responsive and allowed for an early check-in and late check-out. We will be visiting this property again!!
